1. Eligibility for Returns

- The item must be in its original, unopened, and pristine condition, including packaging, boxes, and tags.
- Used, damaged, altered, or modified items will not be accepted for return.
- Customers are strongly advised to keep a video recording of the unboxing process for future reference regarding any damage, missing items, or disputes.
2. Refund Process
- Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected by our team.
- We will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.
- If approved, the refund will be processed through your original payment method or store credit may be offered.
- Applicable shipping or handling fees may be deducted where necessary.
3. Exceptions
Limited Edition & Clearance Items
Certain limited-edition, special release, promotional, or clearance items may be marked as Final Sale. These products are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Damaged on Arrival (DOA)
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately within 24 hours of delivery.
